What does a styled table cost?
Styled tables start at $42 per guest, plus applicable taxes, and the working range runs $42–$65 per guest, with the top of it being tables that replace a meal. Your quote is built from four things: guest count, table format, how long the event runs and the setup the room needs, and it separates food, styling and delivery so each part of the number is visible. The event minimum is $600 before delivery and taxes.
Where do you deliver, and what does delivery cost?
Delivery and on-site styling are $45 within 25 km. Past that, the charge is quoted for your address before you book.
How do you handle allergies and dietary requirements?
Share dietary preferences and allergy information when you enquire. We plan suitable choices and label the table clearly. For severe or life-threatening allergies we talk through cross-contact before you book, and we cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation on a shared table.
How much food does a holiday grazing table need per guest?
Six to nine pieces per guest across two hours, or 150 to 200 grams by weight, alongside the meal you are cooking. Where the table is the meal, as on most New Year’s Eve tables, plan on ten to fourteen pieces per guest, or 300 to 400 grams, with the substantial savoury category roughly doubled; the role the table plays moves the quantity more than the guest count does.
How long can a grazing table stay out in a warm December room?
A table holding dairy and cured meat comes down after about two hours at room temperature, and after about one hour once the space is warmer than about 32 °C. A house with the oven on and thirty guests runs warm rather than hot, so plan against the two-hour window and run a longer evening as two waves, with the second held in the fridge, the porch or the garage until it is wanted.
Do Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year’s Eve book differently?
Three fixed dates with no weekday to move to, so ask early and hold the date with a 30% deposit and a signed quote. Moving or cancelling more than 14 days out returns the deposit; inside that window it covers the sourcing already committed.
