What we build toward

WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the standard we design and write this site against: readable contrast, headings in order, a keyboard path through every page, form fields with visible labels, and text that survives being zoomed. We hold it as a target and as a promise to fix what falls short of it.

An independent accessibility audit of this site has not happened yet, so we make no conformance claim. What we can promise today is a working channel and a fast repair.

Telling us something got in your way

Call +1 613 710-0554 and tell us which page and what happened. A person answers, and we reply within one business day with what we will do about it and when. Where you would rather send feedback another way, say so on that call and we will arrange the way that suits you.

Feedback about an event we catered reaches us on the same number, and it is welcome on the day itself.

This site in another format

Ask us for anything published here in a format that works for you, and we supply it in a timely way at the same price as everyone else pays.

• Any page, the menu or your quote read aloud to you over the phone.
• Plain text or large print, sent the way you prefer to receive it.
• The whole enquiry by voice: call us with your date, guest count and neighbourhood, and we take the details down at our end.

You choose the format on that call, because you know what works for you.

At the events we cater

Service animals and support persons are welcome wherever we work. Tell us during planning about table height, reach, seating and circulation space, and we compose the table so everyone can serve themselves. Dietary needs belong in the same conversation, and our terms page sets out plainly what we can and cannot promise about allergens.

Known limitations

Honest edges, so you know what to expect before you meet them.

• No independent audit has been run against this site.
• Some headings are set very large by design. Reflow at high zoom on a narrow screen is a thing we keep testing.
• The date field in the enquiry form uses your browser’s own date picker, and those differ between devices. The phone is always available as the way around it.
• Imagery here is generated for the brand. Alt text describes what the picture shows, and decorative images stay out of the reading order.

Anything you report is treated as a defect. Fixes land as soon as we can make them, and this list changes with them.
