What it is

Kartoshka is a no-bake cake of sponge or cookie crumbs, butter and condensed milk, rolled in cocoa to look like a potato.

Ours were the cakes with blue and yellow icing at the OH! Catering stand at UAFest 2026, and we sell them one at a time.
